Enquiries
The enquiry and visit forms on this site do not send your details to us directly. They prepare a message on your device and open WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send it. If you send it, we receive what you wrote, including your name, phone number and any project details, and use it only to reply to your enquiry and arrange samples, catalogues or a visit.
If you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that call or email and use it in the same way.
Your sample box
The samples you add to your sample box are stored in your own browser using local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us unless you include them in a message. You can clear them at any time by removing them or clearing your browser’s site data.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold from your enquiries, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning interiors and buildings. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
