A guide to textured wall panels
Textured wall panels add deep, tactile texture to a wall. Inlife carries two ranges: Maati, quiet tone-on-tone patterns, and Fresco, carved art panels with a fine combed grain.

- Maati
- 24 designs in 600 x 2400 mm sheets. Tone-on-tone patterns in sand, sage, brown and charcoal.
- Fresco
- 20 carved art panels in 2400 x 1200 mm, with fine combed grain.
What they are
The panels are HDHMR, 6 mm thick, in 8 x 4 ft or customised sizes, with customised finishes. Most tones are warm neutrals, with greys, deep colours and a few bolder shades.

Designing with texture
Texture shows most clearly with light from one side. A wall-washer or grazing light brings out the combed lines of Fresco and the soft relief of Maati. Pair sand and sage with linen and light timber, charcoal with black metal.

Bring a photo of the room or the drawings to the Experience Centre in Choolai, Chennai, and we will set the options out side by side. Samples can also be sent to offices in Chennai for viewing.
